Who runs it
CSVQBO is run by Zijian Xiao, China. Questions go to m4ra7h0n@gmail.com; we answer within two business days.
What can I try for free?
First 10 transactions of one file, once per new account after a successful conversion. Real preview and downloadable files; no payment card required. Failed processing does not consume the trial. A longer transaction file requires a fresh paid upload for the full output.
What does a credit buy?
One successful source file conversion. $9 buys 10 credits; $29 buys 50. One-time packs, no subscription or automatic renewal. Unused credits do not expire while the account exists. Repeat downloads of the same result are free for its original lifetime. Each new successful paid upload costs credits again.
When am I charged?
Only after extraction and all offered export formats have been generated successfully. Failed conversions spend no credits. An invoice batch spends one credit per PDF only if the whole batch succeeds. A usable but flagged result counts as a successful conversion; review your free trial and use the refund promise if dissatisfied.
How do refunds work?
Contact support within 7 days of any pack purchase if not satisfied for a full refund of that purchase, even if credits have been used. Include your order reference, not sensitive files. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Where are my files processed?
Conversion runs on this server. Uploaded content is not sent to third-party conversion, OCR or AI services. Account email and payments use separate providers. Source files, previews and results are automatically deleted within 24 hours; delete a conversion sooner from its preview.
What are the limits?
15 MiB combined upload, 3,000 output transactions or line items, and ten processing attempts per account per hour. CSVQBO accepts one CSV or single-sheet XLSX with values, not formulas. OFXCSV accepts one bank/card OFX, QFX or QBO with up to 100 accounts; investments are unsupported. InvoiceXL accepts up to ten PDFs, one invoice per file and 20 pages per invoice; the trial accepts one PDF.
Who operates this service?
Zijian Xiao. This is an independent conversion tool for small businesses, bookkeepers and accountants in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. No bank, Intuit or Quicken affiliation is claimed.
Will QuickBooks accept every generated QBO?
No. QBO is Web Connect data, primarily for compatible Desktop imports; QuickBooks Online usually accepts CSV directly. Bank IDs, FID, organization and authorized Intuit BID must be supplied by you, plus a real closing ledger balance. The bank and software must support your import. Structurally generated OFX is not Intuit certification. We cannot verify acceptance offline; use a backup and check your trial.
How do signs, dates and duplicates work?
Select the source date order and decimal separator. Amount takes precedence over split Debit/Credit columns; split values use credit minus debit. Sign reversal and exact-row deduplication are optional. Identical real transactions can share date, description and amount, so review before removing them. Stable FITIDs do not guarantee importer deduplication.
